    CS Appointment - New Notification from MCA dated 09.05.2014 - Apart from already covered companies under Rule 8 of  Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, Whole-Time CS Appointment made mandatory in all companies having Rs.5 Crore paid-up capital or more.
